Pickleball Kingdom is expanding to Ohio. The company announced franchisees Sanjay Patel and Dhaval Patel plan to open a total of 25 locations between the Ohio and Orlando, Florida, markets.
“This expansion into the state of Ohio marks another step forward for the Pickleball Kingdom brand,” said Ace Rodrigues, the founder and CEO of Pickleball Kingdom, in a statement. “I couldn’t be more pleased by the effort and commitment of Sanjay and Dhaval as they redefined what pickleball looks like in Ohio and Orlando.”
Pickleball Kingdom is one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchises in the country. As of June 2024, it had more than 140 locations planned in the U.S. and signed a deal with Franchise India Group to bring locations to India and Abu Dhabi, with the rest of the UAE to follow.
Pickleball Kingdom locations boast state-of-the-art indoor courts, professional coaching and clinics, youth programming, leagues and tournaments, and community and corporate events.
Sanjay Patel brings over 20 years of experience in owning and managing a diverse portfolio of service businesses and franchises across New York City and Cincinnati. Dhaval Patel has extensive leadership experience, having steered various enterprises such as hotels and construction projects. His focus lies in turning concepts into tangible results, emphasizing the power of teamwork and commitment.
“Having managed various businesses, I’ve always believed in bringing excellence to whatever I do,” said Sanjay, in a statement. “Opening Pickleball Kingdom locations will allow us to provide unparalleled playing conditions year-round and foster a thriving pickleball community.”
According to the duo, they’re looking for motivated individuals to partner with on this new venture. In the future, the pair plans to expand beyond Ohio and Florida into other states.
“Our success is built on teamwork and core values,” said Dhaval, in a statement. “This expansion is not just about business, it’s about creating opportunities and helping individuals reach their fullest potential. We are passionate about fostering growth and community.”
